PCC PRESS COPPER M Fittings

PCC PRESS COPPER M is the quick and easy to install plumbing fitting with a permanent press joint. Available in sizes 15mm to 108mm, copper press is suitable for HVAC and hot and cold drinking water applications.

• Certification/Approvals: WRAS (approval number 240404070) / DVGW (certificate number DW-8511DN0741).
• Fast and easy to use.
• Material: CW024A (EN Cu-DHP) Copper according to EN 1254 (for installations with seamless copper pipes (semi-hard and hard) manufactured to BS EN 1057 and according DVGW GW 392).
• Application: Potable (drinking/purified) water / Cooling (chilled) water / Boosted cold water / Water heating systems.
• Installation: Requires no soldering, adhesives, compounds, gas or hot works. Use of suitable crimping tool required to seal and secure the product to pipework (no hand/manual tooling).
• Specially designed EPDM (black) O-ring with leak detection indicators (up to 54mm).
• Highly resistant to corrosion and oxidisation with anti-microbial properties.
• Max. working pressure: 16 bar.
• Working temperature: -10°C - +110°C.
