PCC PRESS COPPER AQUAGAS M Fittings

PCC PRESS COPPER AQUAGAS M is a new universal press fittings range - a copper (and/or brass) fitting that can be used in Gas (classed and according to DVGW G 5614), Heating and Potable Water application (classed and according to DVGW W 534). This means that it is no longer needed to carry both ranges of fittings (warehouse optimisation). Available in sizes 15mm to 54mm.

• Certification/Approvals: WRAS (approval number 240404070) / DVGW (certificate number DV-8535CT0329) / KVBG (certificate number C-19-3801-A) / GOST / SGR / SZU.
• Fast and easy to use.
• Material: CW024A (EN Cu-DHP) Copper according to EN 1254 (for installations with seamless copper pipes (semi-hard and hard) manufactured to BS EN 1057 and according DVGW GW 392).
• Application: Potable (drinking/purified) Water / Cooling (chilled) Water / Boosted Cold Water / Water Heating Systems / Natural and LPG Gas / Plant Rooms / Flammable Gases (classed and according to DVGW G 260).
• Installation: Requires no soldering, adhesives, compounds, gas or hot works. Use of suitable crimping tool required to seal and secure the product to pipework (no hand/manual tooling).
• Specially designed HNBR (yellow) O-ring with leak detection indicators (up to 54mm).
• Max. working pressure:
  · Gas installations with NG/LPG: 5.0 bar;
  · Potable Water / Water Heating Systems: 16.0 bar.
• Working temperature:
  · Gas installations with NG/LPG: -20°C - +70°C;
  · Potable Water/Water Heating Systems: -20°C - +95°C.
