HepVO BV1/21 WH tundish adaptor kit by Wavin OSMA is a hygienic self sealing valve designed to prohibit the escape of foul sewage smells into the air. Manufactured from polypropylene, it is designed to prevent any unpleasant odours escaping from the sink waste. Used to prevent foul smells entering the building when connecting a tundish from the safety discharge on an unvented hot water cylinder with combined temperature and pressure relief valve, when connected to a soil stack. An effective plumbing tool that comes in white finish to go well with bathroom appliances.
The Osma HepVO waste valve is designed for use in waste discharge systems and soil and waste installations to prevent foul sewer air from entering living spaces. It serves as an alternative to conventional P-traps and is suitable for various sanitary appliances such as lavatories, bath tubs, bidets, urinals (vertical only), showers, kitchen sinks, washing machines, garbage disposals (vertical only), dishwashers, and overflows. It is also applicable in HVAC systems (including MVHR units and condensate lines from boilers and air conditioning units), for branch pipe ventilation, and in mobile or infrequently used settings like RVs, campers, motor homes, boats, holiday homes, and guest bathrooms.
